A Message From “The Family”: On the Theory of An Evolving Deity

rainbow_crystal_eggWhen Mister Rand first entered physical reality in zygote form in the womb of his present incarnation’s mother, he … brought with him into physical reality many experiences of standards fallen short, and his grief and pain over these actions (perceived by him as “failures”) were deeply entrenched in brain and body, so that he literally could not imagine a reality where the concepts of Good and Evil, Beautiful and Ugly, Friend and Enemy, Wanderer and Destination, Beginning and Ending did not hold universal meaning throughout all realities.

Big and small, short and tall, victor/victim,  do you not see that these dualities are only meaningful in Thought Reality? In the other levels of Reality, such as the Physical Planning State, the Dream State, the Nonphysical Planning State, the Plane of Light and Sound, and ultimately, the Plane of the Great Self, dualities slip away and are readily recognized as woefully inadequate to describe the enormous complexities of enfleshment.

But how can this be? asks Mister Rand. In physical reality, pain is real. Cruelty is real. Evil is real. How can you treat these intense negative experiences as neither good nor bad? Or as illusory? They are not illusory. They really hurt. How could a loving God create a universe where such pain can exist? Millions of children all over the world dying of starvation. Justice is one of the faces of the Divine, too. Are you saying that “justice” and “injustice” are meaningless concepts in the quote Higher Realms unquote?

We did not say that these things are illusory. We said simply that they have a reality only in Thought Reality, that reality connected to all minds past, present, and future by your reckoning. As for a loving God creating a universe in which suffering is not only possible but certain, given circumstances, some of your teachers [posit] that God has evolved over the eons of earthly existence, expanding through the levels of consciousness from Force, Threat, and Blame (all the vengeful deities of ancient times) to Acceptance With Intent To Learn; Giving; Loving; and Knowing … One’s true, complete, and immutable nature.

Another way of looking at these matters: that God, having evolved over the billennia into the most expanded consciousness, recognizes that It is not bound by space and time. And so Its expanded awareness is free to proliferate up and down the time stream, throughout all probable universes,  …  [expressing] Itself throughout time and space as though It had always been free to do so. In this way, Divine Love obtains access to all of reality and is free to seek to integrate Its mercies with the entire timestream from the very beginning to the very end (if “beginning” and “end” are words of meaningfulness in this context).

Mister Rand says, This is very complicated. Are you saying that God was once a brute, but having evolved into pure Love, is now rewriting the history of Itself so as to appear always to have been pure Love? We are not saying that deception is involved here. We are positing that the pain and travail available in Thought Reality is a remnant of a Maker less aware of the suffering of Its creation than It later became. And now that Maker, unable to remake what already is, is seeking to bring healing to all of history in all its permutations through the expanding consciousnesses of Its  “little” selves, i.e., the sentient creatures sprung from Its womb who are capable of moral choice and compassionate action.

And so It introduces agents of healing and change into the timestreams, “bodhisattvas” if you will, who emerge, have emerged, and will always emerge at various points in history to bring integration of the divine love-nature into Thought Reality and spacetime experience.

Mister Rand asks, So you are saying that some of us are time travelers sent by All-That-Is into physical reality and Thought Reality to introduce ripples of Love and Light into various periods of history? To which we reply, “That is correct.”

And we thank you for sharing. •

On Curses and Their Cures

bloodyogreI was recently asked, “Is psychic ability like a muscle that can be exercised and strengthened over time? And can a good psychic lift a curse placed upon his or her client by a third party?”

I am a spiritualist, not a materialist, so in my experience spontaneous psychic insights occur in direct proportion to how alert I am to subtle signals or hunches, and to how willing I am for Spirit/HigherPower/God/Invisible Sky Friend/Goddess/Great Mystery/Divine Love to use me to help people I encounter during my day. Last year I was standing in line at a grocery store when I noticed a young man serving as bagger next to the checkout station. Immediately I saw and felt an image of a plane around him, a plane that he was piloting. There was nothing about his clothing or demeanor that would have suggested piloting experience. So I casually asked him, “Do you have any interest in flying airplanes?” He gave me a look of surprise and said, “It’s been my dream for a long while to be an airplane pilot.”

David J. Hand, a professional statistician, says in his book, The Improbability Principle, that the underlying nature of physical reality mandates frequent appearance of seemingly miraculous coincidences. He does not believe in psychic ability or a spiritual reality; he would say my experience with the young would-be flier was an intrinsically meaningless coincidence. I disagree. I believe that the young man and I showed up at the precise moment in time and space for a purpose; that I was meant to plant a seed of encouragement in that young man’s imagination in order to nudge him a bit closer to his heart’s desires.

When I read Tarot cards or do trance for a client in my psychic business, they come to me with a question or questions, and I use the tool of the Tarot to seek patterns in their probable futures that might be useful for them to know about. So I guess this is a kind of “exercising my psychic ability as a muscle.” But even with Tarot readings, alertness, relaxation, and openness to the experience is necessary for any insights to occur; and I can screw up a reading big time if I try to control how the reading turns out.

Can psychic “muscle” defeat and lift a curse? To answer this question it’s vital to understand that there is no evil power in curses. Their only power is psychological. Curses are only effective if the person cursed believes in them, because when I believe something very bad is going to happen to me, my fear often gets so great it muddles my thinking, and I can bring about the very thing I’m afraid will happen.

Having said this, if you can’t get the notion of the curse out of your head, there is a ritual some of my clients have said works for them. (Rituals are useful psychological tools that work even if you don’t believe in them.) When you are about to go to bed at night, put a bowl or cup of water in each corner of your bedroom. Put one drop of an essential oil you like into the cup, such as sage oil (rescue), lavender oil (cleansing), rosemary oil (Divine Mother), or oil of jasmine or ylang-ylang (consoles and melts away fear). You can buy oils like these, or any other that appeals to you, at most health food stores. Then go to bed. Lying in bed, pray a prayer like this one: “Lion father, protect me; wolf mother, watch over me; Mother of Love, melt away my fear and keep all shadow from my door.” The next morning, pour the water out of the bowls onto the ground outside or down the toilet.

Repeat this ritual every night for a month, and by the end of the month (and sometimes long before) my clients tell me their fear has left them.

But remember: there is no curse that has any power over you except the one you give it. •

Why Do We Suffer?

eyeless_girlVarious explanations have been offered down through the ages to explain the suffering experienced by so many in physical reality. In some traditions, there are good gods and evil gods, constantly vying for supremacy over their Creation. In Fundamentalist Christian tradition, it’s humans’ fault that pain and hardship exists in the world, which was cursed because of Adam and Eve’s disobedience at the dawn of time; catastrophe is frequently seen in this tradition as God’s punishment for unrepentant human sin. In traditions where reincarnation is espoused, pain and suffering is often explained as the logical outcome of misdeeds done by the sufferer in past lives.

In atheist materialist tradition, physical reality is a mindless mechanism unaware of and unconcerned with the suffering of its creatures. Stephen Fry, noted British actor, writer, and outspoken atheist, recently said in an interview that in light of all the horrors that exist in this world (such as certain insects that can burrow into childrens’ eyes), a compassionate loving God could not possibly exist. The argument is simple and compelling: as God, the deity is presumably omnipotent and omnipresent; as a loving God, the deity is presumably concerned with the suffering of others. Logically, then, if God created insects that burrow into children’s eyes, God is either not loving, or It does not exist.

The visions I experienced in the fall of 2013 showed me unmistakably that a multiversal Consciousness (which many call “God”) does exist, and that Its nature is love and light. These visionary experiences I have since learned resemble those of many religious and non-religious individuals down through history and across all cultures. The symbols vary from person to person and culture to culture, but the gist is the same: that we are each of us known, accepted, and supported by a universal consciousness that is personal without being individual, and that is utterly familiar without being comprehensible. [For a compelling examination of mystical experience from the viewpoint of a nonmaterialist neuroscientist, see The Spiritual Brain by Mario Beauregard and Denyse O’Leary (New York: HarperOne, ISBN 978-0-06-162598-5, paperback $14.99), available through Amazon.com.]

My visions have given me hope that ultimately, whatever happens to my body, the core of me is eternally loved and safe. But my visions did not give me any theology with which to understand why life in physical reality involves so much suffering, or why “God” appears to do nothing about this.

The Kinds of Suffering

Not all my suffering arises from the same vectors or conditions. I’ve broken down the stuff that causes me the most pain into several categories, organized according to the forces and actions involved in the suffering I experience.

Suffering That Results Partially or Primarily from the Actions of Natural Forces: My severe juniper pollen allergy, worse this winter than ever before in living memory; my genetic predispositions towards osteoarthritis, depression, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes; the aches and pains that come from the natural aging of my body; my spinal damage due to a mild case of polio as a child in the Fifties; the physical distances between things and people; the deaths of loved ones from AIDS, alcoholism, and heart attack.

Suffering That Results Partially or Primarily from the Actions of Others: My ongoing PTSD, the result of my upbringing in a dysfunctional family with an alcoholic pedophile mother, an angry chronically depressed father, and a sadistic, mentally ill older brother; the economic and sociopolitical forces operative nationally and in New Mexico that make access to employment and medical care difficult for low-income people like me; my struggle for self-acceptance as a gay man in a homophobic culture; Santa Fe’s socioeconomic stratification; the high cost of education; the suicide of my lover Stuart.

Suffering That Results Partially or Primarily from My Own Actions or Inactions: My years of resistance to acknowledging, and seeking help for, my incest background and eating disorder; my poverty, which partially results from my having made unwise education choices as a young man; my loneliness, the result of self-imposed social isolation; my perfectionism; my attempts at controlling a physical reality that is naturally in a constant state of change; my lifelong tendency to resist exercise;  my lifelong practice of eating foods that harm me; the harms I have done to others; the depression that comes from my insistence upon listening to radio news and reading newspaper accounts of the world’s pain; my resistance to acknowledging the good things in my life because I’m so pissed off by the bad things; my resistance to asking for help from God and others.

I recognize that I have not experienced horrors and brutalities that so many of the world’s peoples experience on a daily basis. Nonetheless, suffering is suffering. What kind of help can I expect the “God” of my visions to give me in dealing with the sufferings of everyday life? To what extent can the “God” of my visions directly affect or mitigate the hardships spacetime affords me? And how can I best access this help? We’ll look at this issue in the next blog.

A Message From “The Family”: On the Yearning For Love

homelessmenhuggingMister Rand has been involved of late with much pain concerning loves lost, ignored, feared, or missed.  He wonders whether he will ever find freedom from his inner child’s need to cleave to another and depend upon another totally for his sustenance, a need that has interfered with Mister Rand’s ability to relate to a beloved equal to equal. So he asks, What is it that I am fated for? Am I fated never to find a partner because of my wounds? And we know that many people ask similar questions much of the time.

We cannot provide Mister Rand [with] an answer that will satisfy him emotionally, because from our viewpoint, and the viewpoint of the Greater Self, Mister Rand is surrounded, filled, and made by Love for Itself, just [as] are all beings that exist in physical reality…And from the Greater Self’s point of view, love is never lost. It cannot be lost, because it is the stuff of which realities are constructed. It is reality itself.

But how can this be true? asks Mister Rand. In physical reality there is so much hate and pain. How can Love lie at the heart of all realities when this reality has so much evil in it? And again we say, there is no answer that can satisfy Mister Rand on the heart chakra level. For in part he still cleaves to the notion of God as omnipotent and separate from both Mister Rand and creation itself. And we do not see this as the truth.

As your writer George Macdonald once wrote, God is made of Love in all parts of Himself, and thinks nothing of Himself, but only of how He may woo His Creation back to Himself.  For God does not need anyone to love God. For God, it is enough that you love yourselves, for God does not see the divine nature as separate from you. Love one another and you love God. Love the animals and you love God. Love the trees and you love God. Love those who hate and persecute you, for they are trapped in the endless cycle of force threat and blame which narrows and narrows and narrows their consciousness until the only thing that exists for them is raw unfulfillable need. This state of raw unfulfillable need is what your writers sometimes refer to as Hell, and as Mister Rand knows only too well, one can be in Hell while still on Earth.

But  there is hope. For returning to Love is inevitable. In the end, everyone and everything is safe. Though your corporations destroy this world a thousand times over, it will be reborn. Though your religious individuals quarrel and condemn and are condemned in turn by your nonreligious individuals, beneath all this furor Love is still present. And the way one can know this is true is simply by observing that, when Love is accepted as a foundation for all one’s dealings, all one’s dealings thrive. If Love were illusory, loving others and oneself would not produce happiness and joy. They would produce only hunger for more love. For understand this: the yearning-love of which Mister Rand speaks is not Love in the way we see things.

Yearning-Love is a state of consciousness that arises when one fears to believe that one is worthy of being loved. It is a state of consciousness that arises when one demands that God prove to one that one is lovable by sending one the perfect match. And there is no such creature on Earth or in Heaven except Love itself.

We are sorry that Mister Rand is in pain. We are sorry that he thinks that because he has more flesh on his skeleton than is healthy for him that he is an abomination and desolation; that because he is homosexual God does not want him; that because he did not save his brothers or mother or father or lover or dogs from their illnesses and deaths that he has failed Love. Physical reality is the only reality where pain is available, but its wonders are far more numerous than its pains. One must however be willing and able to see the goodness and love around one, and until one has felt fully one’s force threat and blame wounds, given them a voice, treated them with tenderness and consolation, and cradled them not to cling to them but to parent them as they were never parented, until one is willing to do this, one will feel cut off from the Love that is at the center of oneself and everything else.

And so we encourage all who suffer from unsatisfied longing for love: breathe into your heart and let out the breath slowly. Let yourself relax and soften around the clenched fist within you. Let yourself feel a bit more of the pain you are pushing out of sight, give it a voice, paint its picture, write down what it says to you. And invite Love into it. Try this with yourself for a month, and see how you feel at the end of this time. And we thank you for sharing.

To Control Absolutely

Benito_Mussolini_and_Adolf_HitlerTo Control Absolutely is the least creative level of consciousness, for a civilization and for an individual. It springs from a belief that the Creation is my enemy, that disaster is always immanent, and that the only way I can survive is by controlling every aspect of my environment.

Absolute monarchy is one way the consciousness level of To Control Absolutely has manifested itself in human history. The pharaohs of ancient Egypt, the Aztecs of the New World, the Roman Catholic Church during the Inquisition, the Tsars of medieval and early modern Russia, the Soviet Union under Stalin and Lenin, Nazi Germany under Hitler, Communist China under Mao, all operated from the level of absolute control. Some people claim that that is where the United States is headed, too, and such claims are gaining ground with the recent revelations of massive warrantless private information gathering on the part of the U.S. government. Individuals can adopt this consciousness level, too. Cult leaders, slave owners, abusive spouses, extreme obsessive-compulsives, and serial killers all have the need to control others absolutely.

Another way this level of consciousness can manifest itself is in those it victimizes. To Be Controlled Absolutely is the flip side of To Control Absolutely. Kidnap victims who identify with their kidnappers, villagers who accept the divine right of kings, spouses who stay with their maniacally jealous abusers, all are operating on this level of consciousness, which is why oppressed individuals can grow up to become oppressors in their turn.

Of course, physical reality is always changing. Nobody can hold on to absolute control for very long, even if they can truly attain it. In the end, entropy breaks down all systems of control.

Waiting for Messiah: C. S. Lewis’s “That Hideous Strength”

When I was a Fundamentalist Christian, thirty years ago, one of my favorite Christian authors was C. S. Lewis. Lewis was an Oxford theologian best known nowadays for his children’s books set in the magical land of Narnia. But he wrote an adult science fiction trilogy, too, centering around a spacefaring Messianic figure named Ransom.

Ransom’s name suggests the character of Jesus Christ, who in Christian theology, through His sufferings on the cross, ‘ransomed’ believers condemned to eternal torment in Hell for their sins.
Scientifically speaking, Lewis’s trilogy — Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, and That Hideous Strength — makes for somewhat dated reading today for its view of Venus and Mars as nakedly habitable. But as vivid depictions, in a fantasy setting, of the Christian doctrines of spiritual evil and redemption, and how spiritual evil at the corporate level results in the destruction of both the environment and individual resistance to dehumanization and violence — these books show more than a few moments of genius.

The last book in the trilogy, That Hideous Strength, is for me the most powerful. It follows the struggles of a young British married couple — he an atheist and she a feminist intellectual — as they are torn by conflicting loyalties: he to the hellish corporation for which he works, a demonically led and energized group that is attempting to defile and vampirize for itself the last sacred place in England; she to Ransom and his followers, who are leading the fight against her husband’s employers and the hideous strength of the Enemy of humanity that uses, abuses, and works through them.

There are things I dislike heartily about this book: that the only gay character is a demonic, sadistic Lesbian who enjoys torturing and sexually abusing the persons she is told to interrogate; and that the wife’s feminism is portrayed as spiritual short-sightedness masking rejection of her true God-given destiny as womb for the next Messiah. But nobody, except perhaps George Orwell in 1984, does a better job than Lewis of portraying the spiritual sickness at the heart of Fascist corporations and government.

I bring all this up because I have felt for some time that there is a spiritual sickness at the heart of the Washington, D.C. power culture that the last several Republican regimes have epitomized. I feel very strongly that the mass consciousness, out of fear, called into being an oligarchy of sociopaths whose only idea of right and wrong has been what feels right or wrong for them personally, no matter the consequences to the rest of us.

And just as, in That Hideous Strength, the evil corporation’s veneer of civilization drops away when confronted to reveal the hideous visage of pure unrestrained appetite lurking beneath, so did Republican pretense of reasonableness and candor fall away during these last weeks before the election, showing a glimpse of the hideous amorality and desperate, irrational vindictiveness that had come to control and work through them.

I am not the only person to make the connection between That Hideous Strength and the last two Republican administrations. When I googled That Hideous Strength I found a Fundamentalist “End Times” website that equates Bush with the Beast of Revelations. When I was a Christian I, too, longed for the Beast to show up so that history could end, and Christ return to usher in an age of peace. But I no longer believe that there is a Beast, any more than I believe that there is a Messiah. In fact, I feel that yearning for a Messiah to rescue us could be the worst thing humanity can do given the problems facing us.

I am no longer a Christian. And I do not believe that Barack Obama, for whom I voted twice, is the Messiah. He is just a man, and even if he means half of what he has promised he will possess no magic wand to wave over the mess this country is in. It took years and several administrations for us to get sucked into the mire, and it will take years and several administrations at least to get us out.

But the mass consciousness is not rational. It operates on the most primitive level of Thought Reality, a child’s level. And just as it called into being a Father and a Son — Bush Senior and Junior — so it is capable of calling into being a third member of its Trinity. I hope not. For if Obama was called to power by a mass consciousness yearning for salvation from the masters it called into being previously, then there can only be one ultimate fate for him. And I am tired of good people dying for what is right.

What this world needs more than a sacrificial lamb is women and men committed to living in a balanced, compassionate manner — living for what is right rather than dying for it. So let’s not give the mass consciousness a reason to kill another Messiah for our inspiration. Let’s just roll up our sleeves and do what we can, where we are, with all our limitations, to make our tiny corner of the world a more compassionate place. Angels and demons and UFO aliens aside, that’s what the New Age is really all about, and I think that Ransom would agree.

On Fear of the World’s End: A Trance-Talk by “The Family”

Fear is the consciousness level that stifles all ability to imagine hope and safety and a better life. It arises from a sense of Threat, which is a partner to a sense of one’s [ability or] inability to control all aspects of one’s reality.

Many of the questions asked of Mister Rand and by Mister Rand in regard to the changes taking place at this time in Physical Reality are connected to the consciousness level of to Threaten.

Danger has always been a part of Physical Reality, because Physical Reality is the only level of reality in which one’s resources for creating according to one’s immediate desires can be limited. In Thought Reality, the Planning State, Dreamtime, Olam Habah, the Plane of Light and Sound and the Plane of the Broadest Self, creation takes place at a word, and there is inexhaustible energy for the monad or individualized consciousness to draw upon in its experimentations with itself.

converted PNM fileBut in Physical Reality resources must be shared with many other creatures, and in fact oneself is a resource for others to use. For each being in Physical Reality will reach a state in which the body will return to the elements of which it is composed and thereby feed other physicalized entities newly finding expression in the physical matrix. This process of releasing the body and one’s use of the body is called death, and it is death that is most feared by beings in Physical Reality — death, or the dying process, which can be unpleasant as the body is denied its needs and begins to shut down.

Hope is the remedy for fear. But hope does not arise in a vacuum. Hope arises through the interaction of the fearful person with his or her support systems, for belief and support are mirrors of one another. If you surround yourself with beings who care nothing for you, or who do not even know who you are, as in great cities where millions of persons live anonymously in tiny family groups or singly in monads, neither knowing their neighbors nor caring to be known by them, the sense of isolation from potential crisis support can increase fear and therefore decrease hope.

Humans are group animals. They are meant to thrive best in groups. So the answer to the questions of what to do in Physical Reality now that the changes of 2012 are approaching is, Find your group support. Offer support to others in the group, and ask for support in return. Learn to share and receive. For in this hope will be born. And if financial resources are individually smaller, the greater resources will be larger, for the group will pool resources to help all its individual members.

How do you find your group? You find your group based on mutually accepted beliefs and values. In other times and cultures, and in Northern New Mexico among the local old families, kinship groups are the groups to which one turns for mutual support in times of trouble. And among many places in the world this is still true. But among many of you who read this, your ties with your kinship groups are strained and no longer existing owing to the deaths or moving away physically or emotionally of the other members of these groups. So looking to such groups for support is not practical for you.

If you have no group to turn to, then you must either find one or create one. You can find one using such resources as online or asking counselors or religious personnel where you can find persons who care for the things you care about and yearn for the things for which you yearn. Or you can advertise on the Interweaving of the Net for persons who share your ideas and concerns to contact you. Or you can put up fliers at stores, or take out advertisements in magazines and other periodicals.

Remember however what such a group can and cannot do. It can give you support, but it cannot support you. That is, it can support you in finding the resources and strategies for helping yourself emotionally spiritually and even financially in some cases. But it cannot and ought not be asked to take care of these needs for you. The reason for this is that you have come into Physical Reality as a sovereign entity with responsibility to create according to your uniqueness. And to give others the responsibility of caring for you as though you were a little child without power or hope is not righteous or balanced.

When pain arises in the mind, we feel it is of no good to deny it is there. We feel the better course is to express the pain, verbally to one who cares or in writing, and then read the writing to one who cares. The act of writing one’s pain without editing or making it neat and tidy helps the soul step aside and observe its pain as one observes a reflection in the mirror. It begins the process of disidentifying with the pain. Note that disidentifying with the pain does not mean denying the pain is real. This is a mistake some religious persons make who say there is no sickness or death. Sickness or death undoubtedly exist in Physical Reality.

That is why even the Bible says, do not greet a sufferer with the prayer, “Be warmed and filled,” and then take no steps in Physical Reality to assist him or her. And always remember that it is better to help someone learn to fish than to fish for them, as long as you give him or her [enough] fish [to eat at] the outset so that he or she can gain enough strength to pay attention to your fishing lessons.

One prayer that is useful to pray in times of distress is, “Good, show me what I have of You.” Another is, “Good, protect me and my loved ones until it is our proper time to release our bodies and expand into focus upon our nonphysical reality.” Another is, “Help me live today without fear.” For “One day at a time” is not simply what Mister Rand calls a bumper sticker slogan. It is how time works in the linear consciousness.

As for the economic distresses in the country of the United States, we feel that the current difficulties will not be solved in three years or even five, but may take as long as seven years before stability is established and prosperity begins again to grow. The current president is engaged in a careful game of chess, playing one side and then another, taking moderate stances so that others will step forward and act and so he can say, well what could I do they overruled me. In this way he helps fight the notion that he is the king of America and the savior of the world. He is not and he knows he is not, however much the people may wish for a savior and a king and a daddy and a rescuer.

If you have the means to purchase land in the country where there is fertile soil and water, and you have the youth and physical strength to work this land in order to raise food, this may increase your hope of control over your future. And so you may consider doing this. But many if not most persons do not have these economic or physical means. For them, the best approach is to band together to help one another out with food, shelter, health support, and chores, in communal living arrangements or simply in extended communities living within one geographical area.

Resist isolation, which is the work of fear. What value is survival if one survives while all around there is death and evil? That is not a world worth surviving in. Resist death and evil by banding together to pressure local governments to act correctly with your resources.

Stop looking for the Ascended Masters to save you. They will not save you, nor will 2012 change everything effortlessly, bringing angels with harps or happy UFOs down from heaven to make humans love one another. You are the Ascended Master. You are the UFO. You are the angel. Ask what is in you to be revealed to you, then set forth to do what it urges you to do.

2012 in your calendar system is 2 plus 1 plus 2 or 5 which means change, the Tarot Triad of the Hanged One, the Hermit, and the Lovers. Balanced and lasting change arises first from contemplation of the Light; second from contemplation of the self with all its shadows; and third from creating a nest or community with not only one person but with many. Another way to say this is, “What do I need to balance in my life? What do I fear the most? What would make me feel safe?” Another way to say this is, You are the Holy Grail, and everything is safe, even when a rifle is pointed at your head you are, ultimately, safe, for nothing can separate you from Love, the Love in you and the Love around you.

Mister Rand says this is all very well for you to say, you have no bodies. To which we reply, how do you know? And we thank you for sharing.
